Amerisleep is one of the first direct-to-consumer online memory foam mattress companies.

Amerisleep ships its products from several different distribution centers across the USA to improve efficiency. To help our customers navigate this complexity, I designed a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) extension where users can track different shipments from a single order, inquire about their order, and much more.

Problem

While Amerisleep improves the delivery experience of online mattress and bedding shopping by expediting delivery via multi-warehouse fulfillment, this type of system can leave customers in the dark or with the trouble of juggling numerous tracking numbers, delivery dates, and more.


User Goal

Improve customer satisfaction with the delivery experience by streamlining their online interactions and reducing confusion and complexity.

Business Goal

Reduce workload on customer service team by reducing the number of customer interactions regarding shipping or canceling orders stemming from delivery confusion.
